If secondary vocational education begins after 9 grades of basic general education, then the educational program includes standards for grades 10-11 of secondary general education, as well as the profession or specialty acquired.
Students under the program of secondary vocational education have the right to take the exam, even if they have not previously received secondary general education. In case of successful passing of examinations the student is issued a certificate of secondary general education.
The organization or institution will provide the following types of educational services:
• preschool education and preschool preparation;
• primary, secondary and higher vocational education;
• postgraduate specialized training;
• additional education for the adult category of students;
• education of orphans and children left without parental care and legal representatives;
• special education for children with disabilities;
• additional education and training for children;
• other services.
