It is planned to create a department in the company, which will be registered as a separate enterprise that will be engaged in trading activities. One of the founders will be the management company "MATAR-GROUP" with a 51% share and a voting right. The function of the trading department will include the technical part of the trading process: drawing up contracts, negotiations with partners within its competence, customs clearance of incoming goods, warehousing, distribution, accounting, logistics, and sales.
